The Training will take place from March 27 to April 5, 2025, in Elniakampis, Lithuania

The project aims to address the issue of low youth employability and introduce youth workers to the digital field of photography and photo editing, which can enhance their contribution and support in integrating young people into the labor market.

Training Objectives:

  • increase the knowledge, skills, and positive attitudes of youth workers in engaging young people in photography and photo editing

  • facilitate young people's access to the labor market

  • increase the capacity of 8 partner NGOs to organize events, activities, and workshops for youth on photography and photo editing, which can improve their chances of entering the labor market

Working Language: English

Who is the ideal project participant?

  • 4 youth workers

  • aged 18+

  • motivated to be active in every phase of the project to discover non-formal methods specifically aimed at facilitating young people's access to the labor market

  • working with youth from regions with high youth unemployment, where young people face difficulties finding work and have low access to digital education, specifically photography and photo editing

  • clearly understands that the project does not end with the completion of mobility activities but continues with the dissemination phase of results and their presentations

Important Information:

Accommodation, meals, and program throughout the project are fully covered according to Erasmus+ program rules by the project organizer.

Reimbursement: Travel costs will be reimbursed to the participant up to 417 € for GREEN travel (preferred by the host organization) and up to 309 € for NON-GREEN travel.

Each participant is individually responsible for planning and executing their travel.

Extremely important: The participant is obliged to keep the travel document to and from the venue and hand it over / send it to the project organizer according to their instructions. Travel costs will only be reimbursed upon full participation in the program and submission of all original tickets, documents, invoices, and boarding passes.

Insurance: Travel insurance is NOT covered by the organization (neither sending nor host) and is not reimbursed. Each participant is required to arrange health and travel insurance valid in Lithuania.
