The youth exchange will take place from May 17 – 23, 2026

Main Goal: TAT – Train Alive Trainers is an advanced training focused on deepening participants' identity as trainers and their impact in a broader social and educational context. It builds on previous experiences and supports youth workers in exploring self-awareness, advanced facilitation, and the social role of training using reflective and experiential approaches to non-formal education.

Project Objectives:

  • To deepen self-awareness and personal training style in the role of a trainer.

  • To strengthen advanced facilitation competencies and work with group processes.

  • To explore the role and responsibility of trainers in social and community contexts.

  • To support meaningful learning design for diverse and intercultural groups.

Working Language: English.

Number of Participants: 2/3

Ideal Participant Profile:

  • Youth workers, youth leaders, and facilitators

Important Information:

Accommodation, meals, materials, and travel costs (up to the maximum allowed amount) are covered.

Travel Cost Limits: 309 EUR

Extremely Important: Keep all travel documents and tickets for reimbursement – participants must retain travel documents for both the journey to and from the venue and submit them / send them to the project organizer according to their instructions.

Insurance: Travel insurance is not covered or reimbursed by the organizers. Each participant is required to arrange health insurance valid in Romania.

  • Purchase tickets only after written confirmation from the organizers.

  • All participants must attend all meetings and subsequent dissemination activities.
