Project Organizer: TAT – Train Alive Trainers

The youth exchange will take place from May 17 – 23, 2026

Main Goal: TAT – Train Alive Trainers is an advanced training focused on deepening participants' identity as trainers and their impact in a broader social and educational context. It builds on previous experiences and supports youth workers in exploring self-awareness, advanced facilitation, and the social role of training using reflective and experiential approaches to non-formal education.

Project Objectives:

To deepen self-awareness and personal training style in the role of a trainer.
To strengthen advanced facilitation competencies and work with group processes.
To explore the role and responsibility of trainers in social and community contexts.
To support meaningful learning design for diverse and intercultural groups.

Working Language: English.

Number of Participants: 2/3

Ideal Participant Profile:

Youth workers, youth leaders, and facilitators

Important Information:

Accommodation, meals, materials, and travel costs (up to the maximum allowed amount) are covered.

Travel Cost Limits: 309 EUR

Extremely Important: Keep all travel documents and tickets for reimbursement – participants must retain travel documents for both the journey to and from the venue and submit them / send them to the project organizer according to their instructions.

Insurance: Travel insurance is not covered or reimbursed by the organizers. Each participant is required to arrange health insurance valid in Romania.

Purchase tickets only after written confirmation from the organizers.
All participants must attend all meetings and subsequent dissemination activities.
