SV LeaderShift: Youth Initiatives

The youth exchange will take place from August 17, 2026 – August 21, 2026.

Main objective: Participants will discover what the city does for young people and what young people do for the city.

Project goals:

• Gain insight into youth initiatives, institutions, and local spaces that
  make Rzeszów an inspiring place for youth engagement.

• Through interactive workshops, study visits, and informal
  exchanges, you will explore how local communities
  support young people, how young people shape the city,
  and how various organizations create space for
  participation, creativity, and inclusion.

• Share what works in your environment, identify
  community needs, discuss youth engagement strategies, and
  build new contacts.

Working language: English.

Number of participants: 3 – 6

Ideal participant profile:

• Age: 18+

• work directly with young people or in youth organizations

• interested in youth engagement, community development, and local youth initiatives

• eager to exchange good practices and build new international contacts

• motivated to learn through experiential and non-formal methods

Important information:

Accommodation, meals, materials, and travel costs (up to the maximum allowed amount) are covered.

Travel cost limits: 100 EUR (green travel only)

Extremely important: Keep all travel documents and tickets for reimbursement – the participant must keep the travel document to and from the venue and submit it / send it to the project organizer according to their instructions.

Insurance: Travel insurance is NOT covered by the organizers or reimbursed. Each participant is obliged to arrange health insurance valid in Poland.

• Purchase tickets only after written confirmation from the organizers.

• All participants must attend all meetings and subsequent dissemination activities.
