Connecting Young Leaders!

Project organizer: INPRO

The seminar will take place from February 9 – 15, 2024, in Rzeszów, Poland.

Main objective: to create an interactive environment where change-makers can meet, establish new connections, share their knowledge, and build a collaborative network.

Project goals: to showcase talents, exchange innovative ideas, and develop intercultural projects that resonate within the youth sector, with the support of Erasmus+ and similar initiatives.

Working language: English.

Number of participants: 3 to 5.

Ideal participant profile:

Youth leader, youth worker, educator, trainer, facilitator, mentor, or teacher;
Motivated individual who wants to learn art therapy craft techniques;
Must be at least 18 years old and have a good command of English.

Important information:

Accommodation, meals, materials, and travel costs (up to the maximum allowed amount) are covered.

Travel cost limits: reimbursed up to €275 directly by the organizer (no money passes through YYSK).
Each participant is individually responsible for planning and arranging their travel.

Extremely important: Keep all travel documents and tickets for reimbursement – the participant must retain travel documents to and from the venue and submit/send them to the project organizer according to their instructions.

Insurance: Travel insurance is NOT covered by the organizers nor reimbursed. Each participant is obliged to arrange health insurance valid in Poland.

Purchase tickets only AFTER written confirmation from the organizers.
All participants must attend all meetings and subsequent dissemination activities.
