The youth exchange will take place from May 16 to 24, 2025 in Weicherdange, Luxembourg.
Main objective: Through this project, we aim to unravel the connection between advocacy and youth participation and show how they complement each other. By engaging in advocacy, young people can actively participate in civic life, contribute to issues they care about, and have their voices heard in shaping their communities and society as a whole.
Project goals:
Evaluate current forms, strategies, and practices of advocacy, as well as their reality and environment at the EU and national levels.
Highlight how young people can influence national and European decision-making processes.
Improve young people's digital skills by exploring innovative online tools and participation practices.
Encourage young people to create and defend advocacy techniques based on case studies of existing campaigns.
Stimulate critical thinking by developing the ability to analyze information online.

Number of participants: 4+1
Ideal participant profile:
18 – 25 years old
Those who are not students, employees, or interns – and show a particular interest in democratic engagement and participation

Important information:
Accommodation, meals, materials, and travel costs (up to the maximum allowed amount) are covered.
Extremely important: Keep all travel documents and tickets for reimbursement – the participant must keep the travel document to and from the venue and submit it / send it to the project organizer according to their instructions.
Insurance: Travel insurance is not covered or reimbursed by the organizers. Each participant is obliged to arrange health insurance valid in Luxembourg.
Only purchase tickets after written confirmation from the organizers.
All participants must attend all meetings and subsequent dissemination activities.
